Employees become eligible for insurance benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. The company pays 85% of the premiums for employees and 60% for dependents. For the Group Dental and Vision plans, the company pays 50% for employees and dependents.
Open a Health Savings Account (HSA) to maximize your pre-tax healthcare savings, and the Company will make a contribution on your behalf. FRG contributes $250/year for individual employees and $750/year for employees with insured dependents.

National Commercial Installer (Per Diem)
Commercial Plumbing Systems Installers/ DOT Class B Drivers travel nationwide, installing our industry-leading tankless water heating systems in businesses all over the United States. This position is only open to local applicants, but requires NATIONWIDE ground travel (up to 75% of the role is driving) under a Class B Chauffeur License. The role offers frequent overtime hours and growth potential. On-the-jobsite training is provided by our highly qualified Commercial Lead Plumbers and affords you the ability to grow and develop your talent and knowledge in the commercial plumbing industry. The Company provides all equipment, covers all travel expenses and pays a daily per diem for each overnight. Additional paid time off is also offered to those who travel for extended periods. No CDL required. Safe operation of company vehicles under DOT and FMSCA guidelines is a must.
Production / Assembly (System Builder)
Tankless Plumbing Systems Production Builders / Assemblers work in our shop, building the systems we provide our clients. Duties include bolting up aluminum frames, preparing tankless units for connections, hanging the units, running MC cabling for power and running wiring for system and pump controls, as well as measuring, fitting and joining pipe, then plumbing the units for water and gas. This role requires the ability to read and calculate using a standard tape measure (including subtraction and fractions), mechanical aptitude, the ability to work from prints, and some basic knowledge of materials (we work with copper, PVC, CPVC, DWV, iron/ black pipe). Experience with building and repairing pumps is helpful, because it also involves adding pumps, pump controls and controller wiring. We offer a wide range of complex systems, so precision and attention to detail are important. Safety and quality policies must be followed at all times and use of a tablet is required for updating work orders. This role is responsible for meeting target KPI’s.
National Planned Maintenance Technician (Per Diem)
Facilities Resource Group National Service PM Technicians perform planned maintenance and service on tankless water heating and plumbing solutions equipment we’ve installed at client sites throughout the US.
Interested applicants must be located within reasonable commute distance to Comstock Park and available to travel approximately 3 weeks per month. PM Technicians are issued a company vehicle and will be required to obtain a Class B Chauffeur License. No CDL is needed, but safe operation of company vehicles under DOT and FMSCA guidelines is a must. This role is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work and interfacing with customers as a professional representative of the organization. Training is provided by our highly qualified National Service Team Lead. The Company provides all needed resources and equipment. Hotel arrangements are provided and employees will be provided per diem for each overnight. Due to the extensive travel required, comp time is offered, as well.
